When you are about 30 mins away from arriving please call Dave @ 863-712-4580 so we can have your site ready.

Ron W is the Official Site Manager that will be assigning all Parking for the cook teams.  E-mail Ron with your special request at least 2 days before you arrive.

All Those Requesting an extra site do so early. If you want to be by another team let us know in advance and you have to arrive at the same time. This does not mean after you arrive. When you arrive it is to late. So sorry so sad.

Event is advertised as food available from the cook teams at noon on Friday. We urge you to participate.

Meat Inspections Begin at Noon

5pm Mandatory Cooks Meeting and Fish Fry Inside the Legion

11pm Friday  till Sunrise Sat is Quiet Time

Move-in time will begin no earlier than 5 p.m. on Thursday till 9:30 pm, Oct 6th however, you must let us know you will be coming in on Thursday. If you arrive Thursday Eve after 9:30pm do not set up a permanent camp and expect to stay in the spot that you picked out. We may have to move you.  Lot will be attended at 730am Friday Morning to Park You. If you Arrive early wait on the North Side of the Buildings away from cook sites so as to not block traffic.

FBA Rules

Sat Morning Early TBA the Aux Unit 72 will be serving (at a nominal cost) a non bbq breakfast from the cook-shed for the cook teams.

Fire extinguishers are required to be in cook area

Parking passes will be issued for two vehicles only

Ice will be available for purchase at a nominal fee

Rule # 8 of The FBA

No Alcoholic Beverages to be sold by Cook Teams or Distributed to the Public. Grounds for disqualification.. Strictly Enforced.

Electricity we furnish is 15 amps (GFI); if more is needed by a cook team, you can bring your own quiet generator

If you  want to come in before Thursday please call the number above and make arrangements The American Legion charges a $25.00 a night fee for water and electric if you will be sleeping on site before Thursday. No charge for Thursdays arrival.  No dump station on site. No extra charge to park your unit temporarily  and then move again on Thursday.
